1. Incoming Material Inspection

Before production begins, we inspect incoming fabric, zippers, buckles, wheels, handles, linings, sewing threads, foam, and packaging materials to confirm they meet internal inspection standards and order requirements. For items such as ABS/PC luggage, PP luggage, soft luggage, backpacks, travel bags, laptop bags, and kids luggage, we pay close attention to material consistency, surface condition, color matching, and basic functional suitability.

2. In-Process Quality Control

During production, our team carries out routine checks at key control points to reduce deviation and maintain stable workmanship. This includes monitoring cutting accuracy, stitching quality, assembly alignment, welding or molding consistency, and the fitting of hardware parts. For products such as chest bags, beauty cases, and electrical luggage, special attention is given to seam strength, zipper movement, panel alignment, and the reliable installation of functional components.

Our in-process control is designed to identify issues early, support correct operations on the line, and maintain consistent results from one batch to the next.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Before products are approved for packing, each finished order undergoes final inspection based on product type and customer requirements. We review appearance, dimensions, functionality, and overall workmanship to confirm that the final product is ready for delivery. Depending on the item, this may include checks for wheel rolling performance, handle operation, zipper smoothness, strap strength, pocket construction, lining finish, and overall structural integrity.

For luggage and travel bags, we also pay attention to surface quality, symmetry, and consistency in shape. For backpacks and laptop bags, we focus on carrying comfort, pocket arrangement, and practical usability. For kids luggage, we review safety-related details, finish quality, and user-friendly design features.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Packaging is also part of quality control. We inspect packing materials, labeling, quantity, carton condition, and product protection measures before shipment. This helps reduce transit damage and ensures that the goods are prepared in a clean, organized, and export-ready condition. Pre-shipment checks are especially important for products with surface-sensitive finishes or multiple accessories, such as beauty cases, electrical luggage, and molded hard-shell cases.
